We are more than just an online betting platform. micky88 is a community built on trust, safety and a genuinely enjoyable gaming experience for every user in Malaysia.
Micky88 started in 2018 with one clear goal — to build an online betting platform genuinely designed for Malaysian users. Not a platform simply translated from a foreign market, and not one that prioritizes profit above all else. From day one, we believed that a great platform is one its players never want to leave.
Over more than seven years, micky88 has grown from a small platform with a few hundred users into a community of over one million registered members across Malaysia. This growth is not the result of marketing alone — it is the result of trust built one interaction at a time, one withdrawal processed honestly at a time, and one problem resolved properly at a time.
Our platform covers sports betting, slot games from world-leading providers, a live casino with Malay-speaking dealers, and a variety of other games designed to deliver a complete entertainment experience. All accessible from your laptop or smartphone — anytime, anywhere.
Micky88's mission is simple — to be the number one betting platform of choice for Malaysian players by prioritising safety, fairness and an outstanding user experience. We do not compete by cutting corners or reducing quality. We compete by getting better every day.
Micky88 officially launched with a focus on the Malaysian market, starting with sports betting and a select few hundred members who helped us test and improve the platform.
We added a Live Casino section featuring Malay-speaking dealers — a unique advantage that became a key draw for Malaysian users to micky88.
The micky88 app for Android and iOS launched to over 200,000 downloads in its first year alone — confirming the demand for a smartphone-optimised platform.
The micky88 VIP Program launched with eight membership tiers and exclusive benefits. Total membership has reached 500,000 — a milestone we celebrated with major promotions for all users.
Micky88 reached one million registered members. We introduced full esports support, expanded the slots collection to over 1,000 titles, and launched an instant 24/7 withdrawal system.
Six things we prioritise in every decision we make.
All data and transactions are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption. User accounts are backed by two-factor authentication and real-time suspicious activity monitoring. Your security is not just an added feature — it is the foundation of our platform.
Micky88 offers competitive sports betting odds across more than 50 sports categories and 300+ leagues worldwide. We keep our margins low so players get the best value from every bet placed.
Your wins are yours — and we do not like to keep you waiting. Withdrawals to e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go and Boost are processed within 15–30 minutes. Bank transfers are also completed same-day for most requests.
The micky88 support team is available to help you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via live chat, email and messaging platforms. We pride ourselves on an average response time of under 3 minutes on live chat — because your issues do not wait for office hours.
The micky88 app for Android and iOS was built from the ground up for the best mobile experience. Not just a compressed web version — it is a fully native app with biometric login, push notifications and performance optimised for Malaysia's 4G networks.
Micky88 is committed to a healthy and responsible betting culture. We provide deposit limit tools, betting limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options to help players stay in control. The well-being of our members matters more than short-term profit.
These values are not just words on paper. They are the principles that guide every decision we make, from platform design to how we handle complaints.
We believe players deserve to know exactly how our platform works — from how odds are calculated to bonus terms and conditions. No hidden terms, no conditions added after you register.
All games use independently audited RNG. Our odds are based on true probability with no manipulation. Every player — VIP or new — plays on a level field.
Micky88 never stops improving. We actively gather player feedback and roll out platform updates every month. What you see today is better than yesterday, and tomorrow will be better still.
We are a community, not just a business. Member feedback shapes the development of our platform. Our VIP programme, promotions and new features all come from conversations with real players.
In the online betting industry, trust is everything. You are entrusting us with your money, and we take that responsibility seriously. That is why micky88 invests heavily in security infrastructure and continuous auditing.
Our platform runs on servers protected with end-to-end encryption. All financial transactions go through trusted, registered payment channels. Our KYC (Know Your Customer) process ensures every account is legitimate and belongs to a real individual — protecting all members from fraudulent activity and unauthorized account use.
In terms of game fairness, all slots and casino games on micky88 use RNG (Random Number Generator) software that has been audited and certified by independent international certification bodies. The RTP (Return to Player) value for each game is clearly displayed so players can make decisions based on accurate information.
We also maintain a zero-tolerance policy against fraud, money laundering and bonus abuse. Our systems continuously monitor account activity, and any suspicious activity is investigated immediately. These measures may occasionally cause minor delays for legitimate users, but they are necessary to protect the integrity of the platform as a whole.
A dedicated team working hard every day to deliver the best experience for you.
Over 165 team members work every day to ensure micky88 runs smoothly, securely and enjoyably for all players.
Micky88 believes that betting is a form of entertainment that can be enjoyed in a healthy way when done wisely and responsibly. We do not want betting to become a source of stress, financial difficulty, or strain on the personal relationships of any of our players.
That is why we provide a range of self-management tools accessible directly from your account settings. Daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits let you control how much money enters your gaming account. Loss limits allow you to set a loss threshold that cannot be exceeded within a specified period.
If you feel that betting is starting to affect your daily life, we encourage you to use the cool-off period or self-exclusion feature available in your micky88 account. Your account can be frozen temporarily or permanently — entirely at your discretion, with no uncomfortable questions asked.
